I used these cordyceps tablets during intense physical training, and the results were amazing. I'm currently attending a fire academy, where we undergo rigorous PT and training four days a week. At the start of the academy, we were advised to avoid pre workouts and caffeine, as they can cause dehydration. This was a challenge for me since I relied on pre workout for exercising.A friend recently recommended these cordyceps tablets, assuring me they would keep me energized throughout the day and he was right. I took two tablets before an eight hour training session, and the results were surprising.
